1. 服务说明
CoreWatcher 提供运维控制台服务（含网页版与移动 App），用于查看与审计你的服务器资产与安全状态。当前为只读安全模式：服务不会在你的系统上执行写入类操作。
2. 账号与设备安全
- 你需妥善保管账号密码，并按要求完成设备绑定与生物识别验证。
- 已绑定的设备或通行密钥如丢失、转让，请立即在控制台撤销或联系我们。
- 你需对通过你账号与设备进行的操作负责。
3. 可接受使用
- 不得将服务用于未授权访问、攻击、扫描或干扰任何系统。
- 不得绕过访问控制、设备绑定或速率限制等安全机制。
- 不得违反适用法律法规使用本服务。
4. 知识产权
服务及其界面、品牌与代码的知识产权归提供方所有；你获得的是有限的、不可转让的使用权。
5. 免责与责任限制
服务按"现状"提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接损失承担责任。请始终保留独立备份与应急恢复手段。
6. 服务变更与终止
我们可能更新或终止服务功能；重大变更会提前通知。你可随时停止使用并请求删除数据。

1. The Service
CoreWatcher provides an operations console (web and mobile apps) for viewing and auditing your server assets and security posture. The service currently runs in read-only safe mode and performs no write operations on your systems.
2. Account and Device Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for completing device binding and biometric verification as required.
- If a bound device or passkey is lost or transferred, revoke it in the console immediately or contact us.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and bound devices.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unauthorized access, attacks, scanning or interference with any system.
- Do not bypass access controls, device binding or rate limits.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The service, its interface, brand and code remain the property of the provider; you receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Always keep independent backups and recovery procedures.
6. Changes and Termination
We may update or discontinue features; material changes will be announced in advance. You may stop using the service and request data deletion at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the provider's registered jurisdiction.
